Stargaze is located on a secluded 26-acre property within Superior National Forest on a serene private lake just steps from your door. Sharing this lakeside retreat with only Moonrise Cabin ensures complete privacy for both accommodations. Stargaze is situated within a designated dark sky sanctuary, offering unparalleled opportunities for stargazing. Guests can also take advantage of complimentary kayaks to explore the private lake with depths up to 40 feet and is home to a variety of fish species including walleye, northern pike, bass, and perch so don't forget to pack your fishing poles.
For outdoor enthusiasts, Stargaze offers convenient access to nearby entry points for the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. The surrounding area is dotted with numerous lakes, perfect for day trips and exploring the natural beauty of the region. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, interested in stargazing under clear skies, or eager to explore the outdoors, Moonrise provides a comfortable and picturesque setting for your North Woods getaway.
Location
All three cabins are located on Cramer Road in Finland, MN. The last stretch of road is a year-round maintained dirt road, typically kept smooth for easy travels however in spring after the snow melts it can get a bumpy in spots. To preserve the privacy of our secluded location, we do not publicly disclose the exact address.
